- WB-ST-1: Dream of Youth (Interlude)Liang Xun, Wei Yenwu, the Grand Tutor, and Ling gather at Yumen in anticipation of Chongyue leaving office. Lee and Waai Fu have also come, following Huai Tianpei's trail. Lin Yühsia finds the body of the Catastrophe Messenger and escorts it out of the city.
- WB-1: Spring in the Borderlands (Before Operation)The murder of the Catastrophe Messenger throws everyone into a panic. The Grand Tutor points out that Feranmut followers might be plotting to do harm to Yumen. Just as everyone has gathered to discuss the countermeasures, an assassin attempts to take Wei Yenwu's life.
- WB-1: Spring in the Borderlands (After Operation)A mysterious thief steals the sword in which Chongyue has sealed away the bestial Sui consciousness. Zuo Xuanliao orders a series of operations to capture the Feranmut followers, and Lin Yühsia runs into Waai Fu and Du Yaoye, who decide to join forces to find the true culprit.
- WB-2: Yellow Sands (Before Operation)Zuo Le pursues the assassin, but is unexpectedly obstructed. Lin Yühsia investigates the case in her own way, and finds more than meets the eye.
- WB-2: Yellow Sands (After Operation)Zuo Le is attacked in the market, escaping only with Qiubai's help. Lee stumbles across Huai Tianpei's tracks. Lin Yühsia gets intel from the smugglers that convinces her there is more to the Catastrophe Messenger's death than meets the eye.
- WB-3: How Old Trees Grow (Before Operation)The mysterious girl finds Meng Tieyi at the Sword Forge, and confesses her identity. She seems to have something of a grudge against Chongyue, and owing to an old friendship, Meng Tieyi decides to help the girl flee the city.
- WB-3: How Old Trees Grow (After Operation)Lin Yühsia suspects the Sword Forge is related to the Messenger's murder, and entices Du Yaoye to investigate. Taihe secretly helps Zuo Le with tracking the Shanhaizhong's movements, but runs into an unusually powerful enemy.
- WB-4: Let the Old Times Go (Before Operation)Lee finds Lin Yühsia and tells her the story of Yumen's changes over the years. Zuo Le and Du Yaoye run into each other at the Sword Forge and find themselves attacked by the Shanhaizhong. The leader of the Shanhaizhong shows her face again.
- WB-4: Let the Old Times Go (After Operation)Troops arrive just in time to take control of the situation, and arrest the jianghu martial artists caught in the fray. As Zuo Le is about to take them in for questioning, the sword is once again taken by the mysterious man from the clinic.
- WB-ST-2: Believe My Belief (Interlude)Zuo Le finally catches up to Jieyun, but is once again stopped by Huai Tianpei. Lin Yühsia begins to see the whole picture based on the available clues, and the reactions of others.
- WB-5: Rain Forecast (Before Operation)Jieyun wanders around the city, looking for a chance to escape, while taking in the unfamiliar nomadic city. Meanwhile, the mastermind appears before Lin Yühsia.
- WB-6: Sight of Autumn (After Operation)Meng Tieyi tells Lin Yühsia his true intentions, and the events that have transpired in Yumen over the past several decades. The Shanhaizhong show up again, intending to steal the Catastrophe data.
- WB-7: 'Wind Aegis' (Before Operation)Du Yaoye and Lin Yühsia engage in a fight for their lives to retain the true Catastrophe data, and are fortunately assisted by Waai Fu, Qiubai, and another. Facing such a dangerous enemy, the group of chivalrous youths join forces to fight their foe.
- WB-7: 'Wind Aegis' (After Operation)In a critical moment, Huai Tianpei steps forward and defeats the leader of the Shanhaizhong, seeing father and daughter reunited at last. At the same time, the real Catastrophe data makes its way to Zuo Xuanliao. In order to reach the capital in time, Zuo Xuanliao decides to let Yumen face the Catastrophe head-on.
- WB-8: Ancient Mutters (Before Operation)As the Catastrophe approaches, Yumen soldiers and civilians come together to make final preparations. All eyes are on Huai Tianpei and Chongyue at the foot of the tower, as they begin a duel three years in making.
- WB-8: Ancient Mutters (After Operation)Catastrophe has come. Jieyun pulls out the sword before her Shifu's grave outside the city, bringing a certain plot to fruition. On the tower, Lin Yühsia sees her father fall to the ground, exhausted in the fight against the Catastrophe, and realizes her duty.
- WB-9: 'Hibernate' (Before Operation)While the Catastrophe rages on, Jieyun returns the sword to Chongyue, bringing closure to old grievances. Chongyue senses that something is not right, and sees an old 'friend' in the inner city of Yumen.
- WB-9: 'Hibernate' (After Operation)Chongyue defeats Ya and makes a stand for Yumen, in his way, then gives the sword to Huai Tianpei. They agree to fight again in forty years. The damage that Yumen has taken will need two months to repair. Ya learns new information and sets out.
- WB-ST-3: Keep the Ploy (Interlude)Things come to a close, but Wei Yenwu and the Grand Tutor still seem to have concerns. Chongyue bids farewell to old acquaintances in the city. He hears bells from the city towers in the great desert beyond Yumen.
