Years ago, Anthony Simon was incarcerated in Mansfield State Prison.
All the while, he has been plotting to escape and uncover the truth.
Little did he know, a plot targeting him was unfolding at the same time.
Silence who coincidentally discovered Anthony's existence, Saria who had already taken action,
Muelsyse whose intentions remain uncertain, as well as HydeBro and the Director of Energy behind them.
Perhaps a late-night talk in the bar will shed some light on the truth behind this conspiracy,
and lift a corner off the veil of secrecy covering Rhine Lab.
- MB-1: Secret Meeting (Before Operation)A mystery individual invites Silence and Mayer to a bar. They find Muelsyse, head of the Ecological Section, waiting for them. She wants to bargain for information about a prison break.
- MB-1: Secret Meeting (After Operation)Kafka enters the prison and successfully locates her target, Anthony. But she still needs to find a way to establish a relationship with him.
- MB-2: Another Perspective (Before Operation)Muelsyse seems more interested in another character in Anthony's orbit, Robin, than she is in Kafka, so Silence switches the focus of the story.
- MB-2: Another Perspective (After Operation)While Robin is not entirely comfortable with her surroundings in the prison, or what she's been asked to do, she eventually finds her way to Anthony, for her father's sake.
- MB-3: The First Raid (Before Operation)The precise nature of Mansfield and its background shakes Silence, who asks Mayer to proceed with the story she has been telling Muelsyse on her behalf.
- MB-3: The First Raid (After Operation)Robin finds herself unconscious after a surprise assassination attempt, at the same time that Kafka, who is also present, makes contact with Anthony.
- MB-ST-1: Invitation (Interlude)Setting the story aside, Muelsyse offers Mayer an olive branch. Back in the story, Anthony offers an olive branch of his own to Robin.
- MB-4: Bravery, Stupidity (Before Operation)With Silence having been gone a while, Mayer goes to check on her. She finds her very depressed, and listens as she explains why she is doing what she is doing, and her past with Kafka.
- MB-4: Bravery, Stupidity (After Operation)Silence shares her fears of the unknown and what she is about to do. Mayer, unable to comfort her, at least gives her a little courage.
- MB-5: Risky Business (Before Operation)Silence returns to the conversation with Muelsyse, much stronger than she was before.
- MB-5: Risky Business (After Operation)An unexpected guest arrives at Robin's cell, claiming to be an assassin, and offering her a deal.
- MB-6: Making Plans (Before Operation)Silence continues her discussion with Muelsyse, while Mayer raises another issue: Domma, who was unwilling to leave the prison.
- MB-6: Making Plans (After Operation)Finally arriving at the part of the story where the prison break plan is explained in detail, Silence explains how the jailbreak went, step by step.
- MB-7: Betrayal (Before Operation)The prison break is underway, but Robin fails to show. When Kafka and Anthony arrive at the control room, they find her waiting there for them.
- MB-7: Betrayal (After Operation)Robin's ambush fails, but the tower is ultimately activated. With a roar, it sinks into the ground. And in the darkness, Robin and Anthony have a talk.
- MB-8: Denouement (Before Operation)Jesselton has been waiting in the morgue, where he takes Domma hostage, threatens Anthony, and demands Robin make a choice. Robin chooses Anthony.
- MB-8: Denouement (After Operation)After Jesselton's meticulous planning, Anthony is slowly beaten. And as the prison break looks doomed to fail, Saria arrives in the nick of time.
- MB-ST-2: The Cost of Being Righteous (Interlude)The prison break story ends with Muelsyse revealing her true intentions, and Silence rejecting them. In the end, Muelsyse offers a word of advice and leaves.
