- IC-ST-1: Eve of Journey (Interlude)Gavial and Eunectes, both at Rhodes Island, receive a letter left behind by Tomimi, who is back home on vacation. Supposedly, a Durin from underground brought news that the entire rainforest could be in danger.
- IC-1: Alternate Reality Tourism (Before Operation)Led by the architect Stitch, Tomimi and company head to the underground city of Zeruertza and witness a Durin water slide. Meanwhile, Gavial and Eunectes are searching for their own way underground.
- IC-1: Alternate Reality Tourism (After Operation)The Durins are celebrating an extra-long summer thanks to the damage done to their dome. Stitch tells the climate representative, come to ask him to repair the dome, that he's found some new helpers.
- IC-2: Freefall (Before Operation)The new arrivals at the Great Aquapit formally earn the acceptance of the Durin people after their referendum, and they enjoy a good time with the design representative. Gavial and Eunectes find a guide to help them go underground.
- IC-2: Freefall (After Operation)Gavial leaps down from the underground waterfall and crashes into Zeruertza, causing a huge misunderstanding. In lieu of repairing the dome, Stitch hopes that Gavial and the others will help him repair the railway bridge to solve the problem of Originium detection.
- IC-3: Stranger Things (Before Operation)The party has to convince the representatives of the city to go along with Stitch's plan, and Inam goes to talk things out with the business representative. Gavial discovers that Avdotya, a Zeruertza local who once came from the surface, is extremely wary of them.
- IC-3: Stranger Things (After Operation)Stitch and the design representative argue with each other about their design philosophies. Eunectes's attitude towards Durin machinery attracts the attention of the industry representative, and Avdotya slowly opens up to Gavial.
- IC-4: The Great Aquapit (Before Operation)The Durins vote to demolish the Great Aquapit, and Stitch and Catch the design representative decide to hold a contest to determine who will design the next Zeruertzan landmark that will be built alongside the railroad bridge.
- IC-4: The Great Aquapit (After Operation)'The Great Aquapit' will soon be demolished, bringing the gang here for one last round of fun. The Durins look forward to the birth of their next landmark, while Inam and Gavial discuss Acahualla's future.
- IC-5: Finish Line (Before Operation)Gavial and the gang hold a swimming competition under the guise of surveying. Stitch, anxious about his design task, is encouraged to join by the industry representative.
- IC-5: Finish Line (After Operation)Inam and Eunectes discuss the leadership of Acahualla. A winner emerges from the swimming race.
- IC-6: Fight Or Flight (Before Operation)The party discovers unexpected danger in the tunnel at the other shore—a vein of active Originium could soon destroy Zeruertza. As they argue, Gavial raises the possibility of refuge on the surface.

- IC-8: Metallic Scent (Before Operation)Avdotya's speech reaches the hearts of the people of Zeruertza. Gavial goes to see Stitch, who is suffering under the pressure to catch up to his teacher. He once again chooses to run.
- IC-9: Above the Dome (After Operation)Stitch finally confronts himself as the Durins decide Zeruertza's future. They will head to the surface and begin a new life there.
- IC-ST-2: Paradise Lost (Interlude)Several days later, the Durins start relocating to the surface, and while Stitch is working to restore Zeruertza to perfect form before its impending destruction, he unexpectedly finds himself reading a letter his teacher left behind for him.
